Domestic orders (Spain)

Billion Girl process and ship your order within 24 hours of order receipt, and within 2-3 working days during occasional periods of high order volume. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Orders will normally be processed the same day. Once we have packaged up your goodies you will receive an email notification of your shipping details.

Billion Girl currently offers express shipping options. Next day delivery is FREE on all orders over 90€. 

Orders to Balearic Islands ship at a fixed cost of 9€. Please note we do not ship to Canary Islands yet. 

A signature is required on all orders.

International delivery (Europe)

We ship internationally within the European Union, Andorra, Monaco and Switzerland. 

Delivery within 5-7 working days. Billion Girl does not cover any additional taxes applied by customs at the destination country and is the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Returns

If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns received within 14 days of original purchase. Items must be returned unopened and unused. 

Items must be returned unopened, unused and in resalable condition. 

Please note once your refund has been processed, it can take your card provider up to 5 working days to credit your account.
